Annual General Meeting (AGM)

 

The positions up for election this year 2018 are:

1. President
2. Treasurer
3. Director 1
4. Director 3

- Elections are the first order of new business.
- The Nominating committee can accept nominations from the floor at the Annual General Meeting provided the nominated member is a member in good standing, is nominated by two Voting Members in good standing, and has met all other criteria to be an elected officer or director of the Club.
- All Regular, Life and Honourary Life members in good standing are eligible to vote.  All votes must be made in person.

 

 

 

Positions elected in odd number years (i.e. 2019, 2021 etc.) for two (2) year terms.
