Please mark your players availability and answer the COVID screen questions. Please arrive no earlier than 5 min prior to start time, players are wearing their CAC dryland gear, have clean dry running shoes, wearing a mask and have a full water bottle. Players are to wear their masks during training and will be broken onto groups by the trainers
