TONY ORSINI COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Skill development is essential at every level and that is the primary focus with all players. To teach players game sense; athletes should understand, read, and react to the game of hockey. Long Term Athletic Development is also a key to quality coaching and one must consider the athletes physical, mental, emotional and cognitive stages for success and overall development.

Treat each player with respect and remember that each individual player is unique and learns differently, adapt coaching skills so that every unique player has the same opportunities to reach their potential.

To instill confidence and character skills in a safe, fun, teaching atmosphere that will have a life long impact to each individual athlete.
