Development Sessions Update
Unfortunately, The Spring Development Sessions have been Canceled due to the New AHS Guidelines
Please note that effective May 9, 2021, all CAC Development Sessions are Now Cancelled. This is in direct response to the changes implemented by the Province, and can be referenced within the Provicinail Guidelines section pertaining to Ÿouth and Collegiate Sport and Recreational Activities, which states the following:
- All youth indoor sport and recreation activities that are not part of a school program (for example, physical education) are not permitted for grade 7 to 12 youth in the municipalities of Calgary and Fort McMurray, effective April 20, and the municipality of Edmonton, effective April 22. This includes homeschooled students.
- These activities will be permitted again when in-person learning resumes.
We appreciate that this comes once again on very short notice, and at this time does not appear to affect those who reside outside of the City boundaries. We remain hopeful that this will indeed only continue for a short time period and will keep you updated as things evolve going forward. Thank you, as always, for your patience and understanding as we try to navigate this along with you.
The CAC will be issuing refunds ASAP, The refunds will be prorated to reflect ice costs, coaching costs, and admin fees.
