Available Ice and Facilities Bookings
CAC — Ice & Facility Booking Instructions
How to create an account, find available ice, complete payment, and request facility bookings (hall & classrooms).
How to Book Ice (online)All ice bookings are completed through FinnlyConnect. Payment by credit card is required immediately at time of booking.
- Go to https://cac.finnlyconnect.com.
- Click Create Account and complete the registration form. Confirm your email if required.
- Ensure you select the correct Account Type
o Minor Sports
o Men’s League
o Non Contract
- Sign in with your FinnlyConnect credentials to access availability and schedules.
- Navigate to the Ice Rentals / Availability area inside FinnlyConnect.
- Available slots and the arena schedule appear once logged in.
- Add your chosen time(s) to the cart and check out. All ice must be paid for immediately via credit card to confirm the booking.
- After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email from FinnlyConnect. Keep that for your records.
- Once paid, ice is non-refundable
Note: All ice availability and facility schedules are visible in FinnlyConnect after logging in.
Facility Bookings (Large Hall)Large hall bookings are arranged directly with the Arena Manager — they are NOT booked through FinnlyConnect.
