NHL-grade team building challenge. Start with exclusive Edmonton Oilers access, including a private viewing of their morning skate (Oilers and LA Kings) and a chance to meet an Oilers alumnus. Explore iconic Rogers Place landmarks like the Hall of Fame Room and press level, embedding your team in a world of excellence and achievement. The journey continues in Archetype with an engaging team-building challenges led by Simon Bennett, former High-Performance Director for the Edmonton Oilers:

Parking Instructions

• Access the Ice District Central Parkade via 103 Ave & 103 St (directly under City Market).
• Follow signs to P2/JW Marriott and park anywhere on P2.
• Take the JW Marriott elevators to Level 2, then use the pedway to Rogers Place.
• Meeting Point: Everyone is expected to meet at Ford Hall at 10 AM for the kickoff.
• Parking Validation: Each attendee will receive 4 hours of validated parking (10 AM - 2 PM). Please submit all license plate numbers in advance for validation.

Event Schedule

• 10:00 AM: Behind-the-scenes tour of Rogers Place + meet & greet with an Oilers alumni.
• 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Watch the Oilers morning skate, followed by the LA Kings skate.
• 12:00 PM: Escort back through the pedway to Archetype to meet with Joel Schneider and begin the team-building experience.
• 14:00 PM: End of team-building experience

Additional Notes

• Parents are welcome to attend the Rogers Place tour and morning skate viewing.
• For the team-building session at Archetype, coaches are encouraged to attend, but parents will not be permitted due to space limitations.
• Parents are welcome to wait in the Archetype lounge until the session concludes.

What We Need Before:

• License plate numbers for parking validation (plates to be collected later).
• Full list of attending athletes and parents for Rogers place tour and game day skate (first & last names, list to be completed later).
• Athletes must bring: workout clothes, shoes, and a water bottle.
• Dietary restrictions/allergies (we’ll be providing smoothies at the end).
• Signed waivers for each athlete (download link).
