Mark your calendars for the CAC End of Year Awards Banquet on Tuesday, April 7, 2026!. We will gather at the Meridian Banquet Facility (4820 76th Ave NW) for a 2-3 hour celebration of our players’ achievements and contributions to the club. 

Event Details

• Location: Meridian Banquet Facility (780-468-7008).
• Time: Approximately 2-3 hours.
• Dress Code: Business Casual.
• Parking: Space is limited at the venue; attendees are permitted to use overflow parking at neighbouring stores within the industrial area.

Ticket & Registration Information

• Players and Coaches: Your tickets are included in your team registration fees.
• Families & Managers: Parents, siblings, and managers must purchase their own tickets.
• Payment: Teams will collect funds for extra tickets and send a single e-transfer to the club treasurer.

Important Action Items

• Social Event Coordinator: the Social Events Coordinator position is available, please reach out to Fernando if you're interested in helping organize our Team's participation.
• Allergy Reporting: Please notify the team manager of any attending family members' food allergies. This information will be prioritized for Jill Fragle, the Head Banquet Coordinator, to ensure guest safety.
• Award Voting: We will soon be collecting votes for the Players’ Choice Award, recognizing the teammate who displays the best work effort and dedication.
• Team Photos: Official CAC Team Photos will be distributed to everyone during the dinner.
